Spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home only 8 miles from Disney theme parks.
Pool Area
The villa has a private south facing pool and spa overlooking a small lake. There are hedges on both sides of the pool area offering lots of privacy.
King Room
There is a King size room at the front of the house, with walk in wardrobe (safe is located here). A large bathroom with bath, separate shower a his and hers sink and a separate toilet. There cable tv in this room with a DVD player.
Queen Room
The queen bedroom is located at the rear of the villa with sliding doors to the pool area, great for that early morning direct access for a sneaky swim. This room also has cable TV and a walk in wardrobe. The room also boosts its own ensuite with toilet, bath, separate shower and his and hers sinks.
Twin Rooms
The two twin bedrooms are located at the centre of the villa and these have a shared bathroom, with toilet, wash basin and shower. Both rooms have large wardrobes.
Half Bath
You can never have too many bathrooms!!! There is a half bath off the family room that also has access to the pool/patio area. This consists of toilet and wash basin, so handy when you are at the pool, especially for the children, it saves having to walk through the villa in wet clothes to use the facilities.
All bathrooms have a hairdryer for your convenience.
Family Room
The villa has an open plan aspect which offers great views over the pool and lake. There is a Large screen TV, DVD player and portable CD/radio player in the family room. Also a selection of DVD's, board games and books for your family to enjoy. Plenty of comfortable seating with side tables and lamps creating a cosy athmosphere at night.
Kitchen
Every modern convenience you could need is available including full size cooker, dishwasher, microwave, Fridge/freezer with built in ice maker. there is a separate area with a washing machine and dryer.
Baby Equipment
For those little visitors there is a travel cot, a highchair and a stroller available free of charge. Swimming rings, pool toys and tennis rackets are available in the garage for your use. We do supply tennis balls but cannot guarantee that these are always available from guest to guest.
Community Facilities
There is a gym, games room, media room with wireless internet access, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and a communal pool within the community just a few doors down from the villa. These facilities are provided free of charge to all guests.
Glenbrook Commons
This is an area at the entrance to the community with a supermarket chineese restaurant, a nail bar and other outlets due to open shortly. There is also two pharmacies, an Italian Bistro and a Wendy's within walking distance of the villa.
Shopping Malls
Shopping malls can be found just 10 minutes away, The Posner Centre with others malls, Winter Garden Village 20 minutes away. Also if you head towards Clermont there are lots more shops, including a cinema available only 15-20 minutes away.
Local Vineyard
Lakeridge Winery is a lovely half hour drive away, where you can sample loally produced wines, see the whole process of wine making and buy a few bottles in the shop to take back and have by the pool in the evening.
Lake Lousia State Park
On the way to Clermont you will pass Lake Louisa state park on your left, is is an extensive area of parkland leading to a large lake. There is canoeing and other water sports available here. With picnic areas provided so the family can enjoy the great outdoors.
The villa is well located with additional restaurants, a Super Walmart and even a Curves fitness centre (which is free to Curves members from around the world) within a few minutes drive.
Disney Theme parks
Just 8 miles away, approximately a 10 minute drive and you are in the heart of Disney and all it has to offer.
International Drive
Although you won't need to go there for shopping as you have malls on your doorstep it is always nice to see it, so take a drive to International drive (about 30 minutes) and see what its all about, you will find Ripleys believe it or not here which is well worth a visit.
